Medical Disclaimer — Read Carefully

ANTR is an educational platform for licensed healthcare professionals. It is provided strictly for peer learning and continuing education using de-identified case material.

ANTR is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, mitigate, or cure any disease, and it does not provide individualized medical advice or treatment recommendations for any specific patient. AI-generated explainers, quizzes, and chat responses are produced by large language models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date.

Always rely on your independent clinical judgment, your institution's protocols, and primary peer-reviewed sources when making any patient-care decision. By using ANTR you acknowledge that any clinical action you take is your sole responsibility.

1. Eligibility

ANTR is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals, medical students, and clinical researchers aged 17 or older. By creating an account you represent that you meet these criteria. We may require credential verification at any time.

2. User Generated Content (UGC)

As a user of ANTR, you agree to:

  • Only upload de-identified content. No PHI: no faces, no names, no MRNs, no DOBs, no exact dates of service, no institutional identifiers, no other 18 HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers.
  • Confirm before each upload that you have the legal right to share the material and that any consent or institutional approval required has been obtained.
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
  • Grant ANTR a non-exclusive, revocable license to display and process your content for the purposes of operating the service.

3. AI-Generated Content

ANTR uses third-party large language models (currently OpenAI and Google) to generate case explainers, quiz questions, and chat responses. AI output is clearly labeled in the interface. AI output may contain factual errors, hallucinations, or biased reasoning and must not be treated as authoritative. Do not paste actual patient data into chat or any AI-driven feature.

4. Prohibited Content

We have a no-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You may not post:

  • Any Protected Health Information or identifiable patient data.
  • Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing.
  • Explicitly sexual or excessively violent content not medically necessary.
  • False, misleading, or fabricated medical information.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or institutional confidentiality.

Violators will be banned and the content removed.

5. Reporting & Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content without notice. Users can report inappropriate content via the "Report" function on every case, and can block other users. All reports are triaged by our team and acted upon within 24 hours. Repeat offenders are permanently banned.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion permanently removes your profile, uploaded cases, comments, likes, and saved collections. Aggregated, fully de-identified usage analytics may be retained.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ANTR and its operators are not liable for any clinical decisions made by users, for any outcomes resulting from reliance on platform content, or for content posted by other users. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
